The Grant Program will finance two types of projects:

1. funding of research projects to better understand high-impact risks
2. funding of investment projects to reduce high-impact risks

Preparation and Fundraising

To operationalise the grant program we are currently in the process of building the required infrastructure and preparing a fundraising campaign.

Call for Proposals

Once the funds are raised we will market calls for both research and investment proposals in the academic community. The selection of projects to receive funding will be taken by an independent jury of experts in the field. The criteria for the decision are the expected return on investment and the feasibility of successful implementation on budget.

Publication

The results of all research funded will be published in an open access journal dedicated to this purpose. Also, all proposals for investment projects will be published regardless of their receiving funding or not, provided that the required standards are met.
